the spot ain't secret at all...it's under I-5 between capitol hill and eastlake...it's callled the colonnade...check it out on bbtc.org. the big gap is closed right now, but other then that, most stuff is open.

yeah i painted the coil my self. i used white enamel paint. over 18 coats and 4 days. i got the spring dipped ina cid first. but you cna do it with out getting it dipped just make sure you use rubbing alcahol on it first. make sure you dont touch it after you put the alchahol on
